Is there any reason this wouldn’t work? It would probably impart at least some dwarfing, and has some disease resistance.
Morbid curiosity, really.
It is pollen compatible with Malus domestica, being the stock used to produce most of the scab-resistant cultivars bred by the PRI program. If it is pollen-compatible then I’d think it is graft-compatible. But is it fireblight resistant?
