Hi, mushroom experts! Can someone Id this mushroom pls! It is under a conifer. My kids kept running their skateboards into this bush…just making sure it is not poisonous

I think what you’ve got there is a black staining polypore, it is not poisonous for sure though.

They do kill the tree eventually.
