Man I was away from my trees for the long weekend and when I went back to work my Smooth Zest One Nectarine was pushing out a few blooms and leaves. A few others are softening. Earliest I have ever seen. Guess thats what happens when your below freezing for several straight days and then into the seventies for about a week. Weird weather the last two years for sure. Luckily I have my GH to bring them into.

Was thinking the exact same thing. It’s mid January and we’ve had mild weather and very little snow.
Yep. This week we are looking at highs in the upper 50s, lows in the lower 50’s.
I still have lots of work to do before the weather warms repairing and prepping the beds. Love workin’ when it’s 40-50 deg, not so much when it is 80.
