LOL! No not salt. The pulp of finger lime is over the meat… it’s great! :yum:

Never heard of finger lime. What is it? Is that rice next it?

Hi! Finger lime is a citrus from Australia… it’s the pulp on top of meat. :grinning:

Does anyone know where the red ones are available in the USA? The green/colorless ones seem easier to find.

Hi! It’s easy, they fall on ground or in your hand. They change of colour a bit.
