So I never expected this to be possible, but I have around 25% of germination. Should I sow them in the ground like germinated white oaks or if I should grow them indoor?

Day harvested: September 25th
Processing: Held in a moist plastic bag with a few holes poked by a needle.
Tegument of the fruit around the seed.
Kept cold from Sept 25th to Oct 10th, then kept at room temperature until now.
I wanted to delay the cold stratification. Yesterday Oct 26th I had germinating seeds as I checked the seeds to offer them some more air.
