First fruit of hirado buthan pomelo. It’s not bad but not sweet. I think it’s because it’s the first fruit and i have to pick the others later.

Would it be good for marmalade? Too many seeds, little fruit and a really thick skin. What do you do with it?

Hi! The tree is still small. It will improve with time. You can do many things with pomelo besides eathing the flesh. You can do marmalade, pomelo honey tea, and cristalyzed pomelo skin. Maby somethings more…
