Does it look like this? I’m pretty confident this is the same thing the other person on the thread you linked was referring to, Riverbank grape. Can be used in jellies, wine, processed various ways but based on what I’ve read, it’s not going to produce as heavily nor taste as good. A fun addition to have though, I noticed many of them along streams and roads near me which led me to looking it up.

Yes the leaf structure is very similar and the thin red vines are very similar to what I was seeing in photos from other thread.
