Need help prunning persimmon after die back

My 1 years old persimmon died almost to the ground this year, but decided to come back.
Here is a scheme of how it looks now, total height of the tree is under 1.5 feet, so photo doesn’t show much:
persimmon
It has one vigorous shoot, and two smaller ones above it. Vigorous one is twice thicker that smaller ones.I see few possible scenarios of pruning it :

  1. Make one cut in point 1, cutting main stem making most vigorous shoot to be a leader.
  2. Make cuts at point 2 (middle shoot), 5 (vigorous soot) and 3 (dead wood), making most upper shoot to be a leader
  3. Make cuts at point 2 (middle shoot), point 4(upper shoot) and point 3(dead wood), trimming upper shoots, making most vigorous shoot to be a leader and keeping upper shoots for emergency.
  4. Just make cut at point 3 cutting dead wood and let them fight for leadership.

any suggestions?
