My PF-25 peach on Halford is a beast. Has about 14 fruits it’s second year in, and has STILL managed to push two feet of new growth already this season! Is this normal?

No, second season from a purchased barefoot tree!
Seems about right for a healthy peach tree.

I only wish I would’ve cut off that narrow angled branch on the lower left, but if I did it now, the tree would be lopsided. I should’ve done it at planting time.
I had a peach tree last year that was bigger than that and it was in its second year from seed. It died over the winter
