Anyone here in NorCal growing cider apples? I’ve gathered scionwood for quite a few popular East Coast varieties but haven’t seen much info on how they’ll fair here. We’re having a bit of a cider revival here in Sonoma County, but the commercial producers seem to be almost exclusively growing dessert apples. Any favs for our climate here?
