Olive crown gall?

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone can help me identify this issue im having on one of my newly purchased olive trees. I bought this olive about a month ago via Bay Flora Nursery and it looks a lot like crown gall to me. HOWEVER this is most deinitely a rooted cutting and Im not sure if what im seeing is some sort of weird callousing from the rooting process? The tree is about 15" tall and its in a 1 gallon pot. I would say the gall is a little bit smaller than a golfball? The plant had this when it arrived. Maybe like a quarter? Please let me know what you think.

I’ve never seen anything like this on any of my olive trees so I don’t know what it is but I have to say it does not look good. I would contact the nursery and probably ask them for replacement.
