She was a lost one yr old. She came out of a wooded area where we were vacationing, scared and thin. I think she was on her own for a while. She wouldn’t come close but we threw her a few hot dogs that we where cooking. It’s a long story but eventually she became my dog even though I didn’t want a dog. She was dedicated and very intelligent. Occasionally she would tree an animal and then sit at the base of the tree and point. I don’t know if that is a trait of Border Collies but somehow she knew how to do it.
