Harvested onions in late July. Varieties are Candy, Zoey, and Pontiac.
One Zoey and one Pontiac (of about 15 onions of each variety) is sprouting. Storing them in my basement, which runs in the mid 60s Fahrenheit.
The only other option is to either put them in the fridge, or stick them in the garage now that the weather has cooled off.
Garage runs more like mid 50s to low 60s depending on what it is outside.
Now this could just be random, since the rest of them are not sprouting yet, any ideas?
