. I know Red Pontiac has tendency to grow huge and you have to plant it closer to prevent it, but my is planted at 8’’ distance and still some of it grow big, but this size I see the first time. I guess it is because of rainy weather this year.

Yeah. you right, when I cut it it felt like I am cutting bones. Knife stuck in the middle and I seriously thought about getting a hammer.
