Can we even trust the CDC anymore?

As far as I can tell, the peaches from the wholesaler were organic and non-organic.
The problem with these large bacterial outbreaks almost always result from contaminated wash water. Just about all wholesale fruit goes through a wash bath. Multiple food poisoning outbreaks due to listeria, e.coli, or salmonella have occurred through the wash water.
Not a political post in any measure (not about Organic, CDC, or anything else), just posting some fruit news.
