Peeling some fruits by bare hands!

Barehand technique of peeling the fruits, but then it takes days just to prepare the fruits for peeling them off. Anyway, when you have the time and the resources to do so, here’s the technique which is used commercially or for larger backyard harvests.

I’ve used that for processing tomatoes and peaches for canning or freezing. (I actually skipped the ethylene part–:wink:) Nice to know that it works for many other fruits too.
