Planted 2 persimmon whips this time last year, i did the delayed open center at planting and now have 3 or 4 lateral branches that formed last year.
I was going to head those lateral branches back a bit to get a stronger branch but it sounds like persimmon fruits on the last couple of buds formed the year prior so if i head those branches back i lose all fruit.
What to do?
