Pictures & care of container grown trees with fruit on them. All zones

I’m very curious to see pictures of container grown fruit trees that have fruit on them. I’m in zone 8b in the PNW & am extra curious about the fruit trees people are growing in containers in this zone & also 8a & 9a & how they care for them (summer irrigation, fertilizing frequency & timing, type of potting soil, pest control etc.)
Thanks!

If you mean to contain responses to just the left coast you ought to put that in your title…but it could be of use to much of the rest of the forum if posted fruit trees came from all climate zones and around the globe. (I’d edit it, but they have my hands tied.)

Done!

@ramv is also here in the Seattle area and grows many of his trees in containers, but he lets most of them root through the holes into the ground below, so that may not be exactly what you’re looking for.

That’s very cool. I grow them on my deck so that’s not a possibility for me.

You can grow fruit trees easily in containers for years. Of course, larger pots are better. Aim for 15 gallons or more if possible.

Agree. But, you can start them in much smaller pots…if you’re up for moving to bigger pots from time to time. (I use that approach.)

Absolutely. I was thinking about the final size.

I have them all in 20 gallon pots. They are Toka, Candy heart pluerry, Arctic rose nectarine, CotnCandy aprium, Flavor queen plumcot, Pakistani mulberry and half a dozen blue berries. Their pollinizers are growing in the ground (4 Euro plums, 2 gages, 2 Asian plums and a Mirabelle). I started the pots on my deck because all my garden space is taken up. I am looking forward to hearing about the challenges people have when growing in containers - be it feeding, watering or pests. And seeing the pictures of fruits of course! Those are very inspiring

You can do blueberries in that sized pot for sure. The plums, perhaps not if they’re on full sized roots.
(But in either case, be OK for some time.)

I started about a dozen stone fruit trees in about your size of container. Now there is only one Cot-N-Candy,Nadia Plum and a few seedlings.
There was a Pakistan Mulberry in a half whiskey barrel, that was eventually put in the ground.
A couple of Pluots were also planted, this year, because they weren’t growing very well.
Watering might be my biggest challenge, especially if they are in grow bags.
