Plum ID

I grafted this from wood either from my own trees or from scionwood obtained from Robert Purvis that year. I put two plums on their tree but the other variety has brown rot fruit so no help knowing if what I’m going to show you is an Asian or European plum.

It looks the most like Elephant Heart, the right size shape and color. Its not likely to be Satsuma. I don’t know anything about the Stark variety. Its not a Euro.

I agree it’s an Asian plum and it’s definitely not Satsuma. I think the fruit is a bit too elongated for Elephant Heart but it may be within possible variation.
