Is there a way of posting a video that isn’t part of youtube or linked to the web somewhere? I’m talking like a video one made with their camera, like a .mov or .avi video file. I tried to post one and it said pics only.

I don’t think you can upload a video directly to this site due to bandwidth concerns but if you upload to a hosting site such as youtube or vimeo you can link to the video easily.
I’d just create a youtube account. Use their bandwidth, not ours

If you don’t want people finding it from Youtube search there is an option to make it accessible only with the link. Thats how I send private videos to family members.
