Pretty incredible weather in Michigan

At this point, year after year, the arugula would have bolted. We planted also bok choi, very similar, but I announced we would never get a crop. Well, we are getting 70/50 day after day, for weeks, plenty of rain, and nothing bolting yet. We did get a day in the 80s in April, but it was too early. So I am getting ready for a lot of steamed potherb and one more hit to my expert reputation. I planted them in the place of squash, it may well be the growing squash that terminates them. This spring bodes well for the fruit crop too.

Similar pattern here in Maine but a few degrees colder. Peaches would probably prefer a bit warmer but the blueberries and rest of the fruit trees are going gangbusters this season. I’ve even got a few apricots which has never happened before.
