I’ve seen a number of sites describe one floricane cultivar or another as setting a “moderate” fall crop, a “small” fall crop, or a “late” fall crop but I am having trouble finding approximately when the fall crops for these particular cultivars come in. The ones I have in mind are Prelude, Tulamagic, Nova, and Encore. The later the fall crops come in, the better. Even if it means no fall crop at all in my climate. I’d just hate to see a raspberry patch infested with SWD. I’m in southeastern Connecticut and SWD appears in the wild blackberries in my neighbor’s yard in early August.
Hi there. I have limited experience with Prelude and Nova. Prelude primocanes started ripening mid-September through frost; it was a rather good, extended harvest. Nova is later and only a few ripened before frost got them this past year.

Cover story in NURSERY MANAGEMENT magazine (January 2019) says the Lanternfly (SWD) is in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, New York, New Jersey and Virginia at this time.
And expected to have the most severe impact upon crops than anything since gypsy moths arrived on American shores in the 1800’s.
