Has anyone found an easy -simple way to pit jujubes so they can be turned to jujube sauce or butter?
No! But I could do a lot more experimenting. I hope someone else can save us both the trouble, though. Good question!
Could this not be done like any other peel/seeded fruit? Cut them in half and cook them to the point the flesh comes off the pit and skin and then run through a mill to remove pits and seeds then cooked down to preferred thickness with preferred additives?
Going nuclear on your jujubee pit might be overkill! Ha! My first thought was a cherry pitter as well.
