Quarantine compliant walnut scions

Kansas has a stated quarantine for Thousand Cankers disease which effectively prohibits the import of scionwood from all of the largest and most popular suppliers. Specifically, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Indiana, Maryland, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, and Washington are no/no’s. Additionally, states which haven’t completed an official Thousand Cankers survey with a clean bill of health in the last 5 years are also prohibited. As best I can tell, this also eliminates Nebraska, Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana.

This leaves just a few states to import walnut scions from: Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan. Is anyone aware of good places to get scions of named walnuts (Black and English) in these few states?

Kentucky was not in your list of prohibited states. Clifford England offers walnut scionwood - nuttrees.net

Wow, not sure how Kentucky isn’t on the list but sure enough it’s not. Thank you so much!
