My wife makes the best cobbler I have ever eaten. She would just make it without a recipe. I watched her one time and wrote it all down.
This is for a 13x9 pan of cobbler.
1 cup of pioneer baking mix
1/2 cup of half and half
1/2 cup sugar
2 table spoons vanilla
1/4 cup peach brandy
3 table spoons butter melted
Mix this batter and drop big dollops onto fruit
Bake
Just before it is done, melt half a cube of real butter and drizzle over the top. Allow to crisp up and brown . Take out and sprinkle some sugar over the top
