rhubarb loves our cool summers! i have victoria and a red stalked variety i don’t remember the name. it grows big bright red stalks that are very tender. much more vigorous and sweeter than victoria. 1st plant to come out in spring right thru the last of the snow. i eat it strait from the clump as well as in desserts!

I used the Betty Crocker recipe with a “family secret” ingredient in the crust recipe - Put about a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in the crust to make it flaky and amazing.
