Can anyone help me ID this plum? It was labeled as an elephant heart plum, but it obviously isn’t due to the yellow flesh. It is ripening today, 6/26 in western NC. Fully ripe fruits have a sweet perfumey flavor (kinda like what some plum blossoms smell like in the spring) . Less than ripe have some sour taste without the perfume. Size and color can be seen in the attached images.

I’m taking a guess at Santa Rosa Plum. They resemble them and the ripening time is about right.
