Peach scions were staring to swell a bit. I figured out the temperature in the part of the refrigerator I had them in stays around 40°F.
Probably a little too high.
So, I moved them to the top shelf closer to the “vent”.
It now averages around 34, but when the compressor kicks on it does briefly dip as cold as 28.
Will those brief shots of slightly below freezing temps be enough to harm anything?
