Seeking Charlotte everbearing strawberry plants

Resurrecting the topic started earlier this year (2025).

Looking to purchase the strawberry plants mentioned. Will anyone have them for sale in March of 2026?

Thanks so much!

I posted that Gurneys had them back in stock months ago… they are still available and have been for awhile.

Should have said except for Gurney’s. I have bought from them before and the quality is just awful. On another site, the rating is 3 point something for those strawberries and on their site it’s all glowing reviews.

I should have some this spring. Should**

How do I reach out to you?

I plan on posting a thread on what’s available when the time comes. I’m moving all/most of my strawberries out of pots and into ground (hopefully) so I’ll inventory them to see what i can sell off as well.

Where are you located? I am outside of Philadelphia.

a company called “evergreenbotany” is selling it. not familiar with them though

Yes, I contacted them but have not heard back. Thank you!

Canadian

some canadian companies ship bare root to the u.s., when i went to pretend to buy it let me, so it may be the case.

I think Gurneys might be the only place selling it in the u.s. since its a french variety

Hello! Thank you!! Like the poster I’ve also been searching for them for awhile and since I’m in the US. Only Gurneys has them but I don’t trust them much. I’m pretty new here and can’t figured out how to set notification to notify me when you post or contact you. Do you have an estimated date?? So I can set a reminder for myself to check?

I’ve been sending them out today. I have a few more packages i need to get ready for those previous that have asked me so maybe in a week if i can get those out quickly, i should be able to pull more up. They’re all first year plants so they’re a little bigger than what gurneys sends out but not by much. I try to send them out the day that i pluck them.

I’ll have them soon. Just have to finish up the rest of my packages first.

Melon,

can you put me on your list too? I am in zone 7 so I cannot plant them until March at least.

Can you also let us know how to send you money etc?

When you’re ready, just message me. I accept PayPal or venmo. I have a ton now but they’re small 1st year starts. I want to say the starts are as small or just slightly bigger than when i got them from Gurneys. I’ve noticed this particular variety is a slow crown make on its first year unlike some of my other ones.

I try to send them out the day that i pluck them so the roots are still very much alive when you get them. Also i grow all of mine that i send out, in pots so no native soil but there may be baby slugs with it. I try my best to get rid of them and shake the plants off before but some of the plants hold a lot of soil and its very hard to get it all off.

If anyone receives dead plants or unhappy plants, I’m willing to ship out new ones. They do create runners every 2 weeks it feels like, so as long as 1 survives, you should have 2 within a month or less

If you have any more you are willing to sell would like to buy some. Thank you
