Self Fertile Cold Hardy Table Muscadine Grapes

I want to try planting a muscadine grape next year. Ison recommended theses Self Fertile Cold Hardy varieties -

Carlos, Noble, Ison, Cowart, Late Fry, and Pineapple

The Ison descriptions talks about using for wine production, not fresh eating. Anyone have recommendations out of this list for fresh eating?

I am growing cowart. I eat them fresh and I like the flavor. It is also self fertile. The only downside is the seeds and the thickness of the skin. I like black beauty better but it is female.

I ordered two muscadine vines from Ison. I asked when they would ship and got a generic answer - Bare-root muscadiine vines and berry plants begin shipping early to mid-November. Anyone remeber when they got there bare root grape vines from Ison’s?
