Serviceberry- got roots, now what?

A few weeks ago I plucked up some fresh serviceberry suckers and somewhat haphazardly stuck them in some vermiculite to attempt to root them.
Basically just some damp vermiculite in plastic cups and have kept them misted occasionally in a ziploc bag.

It appears they have now actually formed roots.

I’m quite inexperienced with rooting anything so I don’t know what to do next ??

Fertilize (super diluted)? Sun exposure? How to know when to plant-out or up-pot?
Can the roots even withstand planting in ground this year?
As you see, I’m clueless

Never tried serviceberries. Mild fish emulsion fertilizer maybe a suggestion…not much of anything.
