Nice looking Pears you have. This picture is three week old of my Ayers and are still pretty green and very hard. Now I have to figure out when to pick. Any suggestions since this will be first time I will harvest.

Those are nice looking pears. I picked two of the Ayers that passed the easy lift and break test but I find this method to be good sometimes but I struggle each year with the same problem as to when to pick my pears. I got the Golden Boy right but it will be a couple of weeks before I test the two Ayers pears. Ayers is very good when it is ripened well.
