So if buds on grafts are breaking with green showing, is that good?

Two out of three of my apple grafts scions have buds that are breaking open and showing green. I’m assuming that’s a good thing right? What are the chances that the grafts are taking? I can’t believe the amount of sap that is forcing it’s way through the Parafilm on one of the grafts. It was a growing seedling that I used as rootstock. Every morning there is a large fresh drop of sap sitting on top of the cleft graft transition point.

Yes, it’s a really good sign.
