Spraying fungicide with frost on the trees

I sprayed Captan/Immunox on my apple and cherry trees today. The trees had frost on them. Today’s temperature high is 57F and frost has already melted away. Usually I would have waited until it warmed up but the winds are expected to be 15 mph with higher gust speeds and of course tomorrow it’s going to rain  . So I went ahead and sprayed them.

My question is there potential problems with doing this that I have over looked? Also has anyone else sprayed trees with frost on them and did you have any problems either with the trees, the spray equipment, or the mixing process?

You will have dilution of the chemical on the leafs surface and portion will run off of the surface with the frost as it melts.

Good point. Thanks for the reply.
