Staking tall tomato

I planted Sun Gold tomatoes for the first time and now realize they will grow 10 ft tall. I need some good ideas for staking and pruning.

Two tall cages one on the top of the other and the tall 7 f metal stake to support them.

Thank you, Tony. The pawpaws are growing fast (for the pawpaw) and it seems to be fine in the full sun and the hot dry weather that we have
