Strange leaves disorder this year

We have pretty wet and cool spring with few spikes to really hot weather. I noticed some problem on leaves and it looks like it is not plant specific. Leaf is affected starting with pointy side and looks like it was burned. So far I see it on strawberries, raspberries, currants, peonies, basil and potatoes. You can see spores on dead tissue, but it may be secondary, there is no “initial” symptoms on not-affected leaves. Any ideas?

Possibility: research for terms leaf AND “early blight”. I have it here most years, in a minor way, on plants as disparate as blackberry and feijoa. I have mostly leaf-tip effects, it does not progress to spotting.
