You would have to autopsy the apples and look for larva to verify SWD damage.

The big spots look like sun scald, the smaller spots I’m not so sure about. Maybe some rot is just setting in?
I don’t have SWD but the skin looks un-damaged and with SWD I think there will be entry marks.
