Tsunami advisory NW coast, AK, and HI

Have to head to the beach to see if I see anything!

Already reaching California…

Eruption of Hunga volcano in Tonga islands…

Other than damaging a few sand castles, probably not much to see that far from the volcano

My friends in Hawaii just told me the waves there are letting up now " In Hawaii, the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center reported waves slamming ashore from half a meter (1.6 feet) in Nawiliwili, Kauai, to 80 centimeters (2.7 feet) in Hanalei. "

David Heckard no Twitter: “#Tsunami Advisory continues for west coast of US/CA and south coast of AK. A tsunami is occurring and a wave of 1-3 feet is possible along the west coast next few hrs. This is from an underwater volcanic eruption near #Tonga in the S. Pacific. @MyNews13Weather #TsunamiAdvisory https://t.co/3KoLfE19Yd” / Twitter

Sounds like most of the west coast eg. California it was not noticeable. There were some lower areas that got swamped. Tonga or fiji were a different story
