Unknown Plum - Identify?

This is my first Plum from a tree that provided no matured fruit for over a decade. I bagged this fruit, and believe PC was the cause all of this time. Now the tree will likely be dead within the next year due to gumossis infection that is rapidly killing the scaffold branches since this past spring. I am glad that I was provided several ripe fruit before it goes.

Can anyone identify the variety?

it is an Asian variety
The flesh is very sweet and the plum itself is aromatic.
The skin is slightly tart but does not overpower the flesh
It is very juicy
It is not very firm/crunchy. Though I did let it sit on the tree for a while.
It is cling stone.
Its heart shaped rather than completely round.

Thanks!
