To start. I went to pick the only miracle berry to make it all the way in the last 5 months to find a bird or something got it since yesterday, seed and all. Very upsetting. ended up taking photo’s and using this an excuse to rant. Herbs,berries, blooms that I took a few minutes ago of a few things…

Last would be raspberry leaf, Fall gold, being eaten by bugs more then all the rest, I’ve separated 28 other canes from the pot and left 8 of the biggest in it, being more open should help keep the bugs off it some/ligtht/heal?etc right.
I do have a question actually, Should raspberries all be blooming.

Do they take longer to ripen? or why are they considered early/mid-late?
All but tay,boysenberry and Brandywine, are blooming.
Quince still has a flower and fruit, 5-6 months now flowering.
Apple,Peaches,strawberry, Pitcher plants for some shown.
Thyme,Spicy Oregon and Mellon sage on the porch were just started from a single 1inch cutting last year, spreading decent with little/no care.
Jason, I don’t know the answer to the raspberry question, but all 4 varieties that I planted dormant canes of this spring are also flowering now. Lauren, Nantahala, Premier, and Jaclyn.
