just like avocados, practically all birds of p are sourced from cali. And as with the plant-care tags on the avocados, ‘full-sun’ is a requirement-- per the californians. Not the case here, where it is impossible for avocados and strelitzias to withstand a couple of weeks’direct exposure to vegas’ summer sun…
but will survive and even bloom under filtered light. Strange that both are supposed to be warmth-loving tropicals, but will withstand our winters and die in summer
