West coast plum varieties

hello, any recommended varieties too grow in southern california, zone 9? my mom has 5 releatively young peach trees and limited space and can be grafted with stone fruit like plums. i have never grafted fruit trees before but am considering it an option and would like to know what varieties taste and grow well here.

I am not the biggest plum or stone fruit grower, but when I bought mine last year, it turned more into a pluot journey lol. I bought Burgandy first as a pollinator and then added Flavor King pluot, then Flavor Supreme, and I think the last one was Dapple Supreme? No fruit last year but have some hanging now so hopefully I can try them later.
