Manchineel aka little apple of death

My daughter-in-law came back from Colombia with a suggestion that I grow guanabana (soursop). She even brought me a seed. I told her the best I might do is pawpaw.

Guanabana is weird but I like it personally. A bit like piña colada.
It has a smaller cousin known as “anona” in central america that is amazing. Almost a creamy flavor. But they are super perishable and not really available outside the zone where they grow.
There’s my answer to this question: anona. One of my favorite fruits of all time and I haven’t had it in many years.
