What is growing at the bottom of your fruit trees?

I’m amazed what I find growing at the bottom of my trees sometimes. Let’s see who knows what I spotted growing at the bottom of this honeycrisp apple? We recently disposed of some pears rinds, rots, cores here. What else do you see? We consider fruit peels and such to be fertilizer. We keep no secrets of the recent past here. Nature is a clever master.

Is that poop and a paw paw seedling?

@dpps

No those are discarded pears and 2 pawpaw seedlings. The daylillies are oddly prolific there as well. We must have dumped some discarded pawpaw peels, seeds, and rotted fruits there some time but I have no memory of it.
