I believe seed grown- I purchased from a mom and pop nursery in ND
I noticed my peppers are doing the same thing- they are in new soil
Transplant shock?
Could be, I don’t know, moisture development on the leaves. You get mushy leaf ends like that.
I can’t see what’s happening near the soil line but it looks similar but I’ve never seen that in conjunction.
