I have an espaliered Gold Rush I gave a haircut about 4 weeks ago. I thought it will be last one for the season. For a month I had no chance to look at it - my peach crop and sick dog kept me busy. Toady I was surprised to see pretty big grows appeared since 4 weeks ago. Should I prune it now or leave it until dormant pruning?
Good question. Mine is in a similar state. I’m going to wait. I’m no authority on pruning, especially for espalier.
