I am in zone 5 Chicago area. Have a small veggie garden and some fruit trees in my yard. Enjoy stop by my garden the first thing after work to unload a day’s stress. I travel to different part of world, always enjoy sampling different types of regional fruits/veggies or local gourmet. Besides the fruits/veggie garden, I grow orchids, and have collection of jasmine plants.
Unusually tree/ shrub/plant I grow:
1)Fragrant Spring/Chinese toon. Its tender young spring leaves are edible and are fragrant. Zone ?- 5. I have some small plants to trade
2) Chinese crones: crunchy texture,earthy flavor, grub looking root veggie. Mint family, easy to grow. Fun to eat or put in salad to scare others. zone ?- 5. I have some tubes or small plants to trade depends on the time of the year
