You know, on second thought, I’m probably wrong.
It looks more like what’s mentioned on this Granadilla thread. (And btw, to add to possible confusion, Granadilla is NOT Sweet Granadilla :))
So it’s probably P. Ligularis a.k.a Sweet Granadilla.
Sweet Calabash is P. Malformis and has a thinner but much harder outer skin to the point where I had to really watch out as I was cutting into it and could use the outer skin as basically a cup to eat the insides out of.
