Moving mature kiwi and grapevines

I pretty much have to move a semi mateur kiwi vine (1 year at location), and grapevine (3 years). I know this will shock them, but I’m wondering how quickly they’ll bounce back, or if at all. In the case of the Gold kiwi, I have a choice to move the male or the female, which are planted about 2 feet apart. . It would be preferable to move the female, as it’s in a poor location. I purposely put it jammed next to a footpath, mistaking it for another male plant, planning to hack it back after flowering every year. But does seem to be doing well, this is the first year it’s had fruit.

Will this female Keewee vine act as if nothing happened if I move it to a better location? Or is this a really bad idea and It could go into shock and die from water sensitivity or something the summer? I’ve lost two vines already this way.

Thanks
