American Persimmon for thought

Prok first then H-118. Both of these had no trace of Astringency at all when ripen not like some of the other D.V. varieties.

I’ve had mixed results for astringency in H-118. Soft doesn’t guarantee non-astringent for me. Surprisingly to me, I had best results with fruit that were brought in firm to soften.

@murky are they dropping to the ground and still astringent?

No, they hang even when full mushy.
